Optimize model graph

- Optimize the graph of a 3D model.

- Parameters:
in_dxf_file – input file
in_point_cloud_file – input file
out_dxf_file – output file
max_distance – Maximum distance between a point and a graph node for the point to be considered a candidate for merging with the graph node.
num_iterations – Number of iterations to run the optimization.
instance_type – type of cloud instance used for processing
